Thoughts on The League

Over this long time of isolation the sisterhood of the CWL has never been more prevalent. For months now I have been blessed to hear from many of my CWL sisters from across the country. Emails, texts and the loveliest of chats that can go on and on. The ability we have to laugh with one another about the silliest of things and then the deep serious chats that we think will change the world. (Government leaders should tune into our talks lol)

The most noteworthy in all of this is our prayer chains. We pray for one another daily and add all the special intentions as needed. So many comment on the power of prayer and are grateful to be included in daily prayer. In my pondering about why I am a member of The League I have to put this at the top of the list. No other organization that I belong to takes time each and every day to remember me in prayer. No other organization keeps me in their mind and hearts. How blessed we are to have each other in the CWL.

Next week we have the opportunity to gather together in a new way...through live streaming. Let's all make the time to tune into several if not all the talks next week. Check out the national website for day, time, speaker and then register. Keeping you all in thought and prayer.
